Ugh, I can't believe it's June tomorrow! I know I haven't been consistent with blog posts throughout the month of May, so there my be a few unfamiliar products in this month's favourites. I promise reviews are coming soon!

DIY Marbleized Nails!

Today I thought I'd share a few photos (and advice) of my interpretation of marbleized nails. This is my second attempt at this particular nail polish DIY, and I'm quite pleased with the results. I find that the method I used (with a bowl of water and toothpick, you can find tons of videos on YouTube!) takes A LOT of practice, and you kind of have to adapt it to your taste.

Product Review: NARS Eyeshadow in Baby Girl

I've always had my eye on the NARS eyeshadows, the cream eyeshadow in Cosmic Girl and the powder eyeshadow in Baby Girl I recently purchased in particular. While in Sephora on Saturday I'm quite not sure what came over me... I found myself standing in front of the NARS display and the next thing I knew I was walking out with a little black & white striped bag.

Nail of the Day: Essie's Tart Deco

I really wish I hadn't waited a day to take photos of my nails; I apologize that they're a bit chipped! I've really gotten into bright colours in preparation for summer. On my nails today is Essie's Tart Deco (which was featured in a recent haul) with Essie's LuxeEffects in Shine of the Times as an accent nail.

My Betsey Johnson Collection

Betsey Johnson was my first favourite fashion designer, mostly because her pieces are so unique and quirky; it makes them difficult to not love them. But sadly, her fashion line is no more. If you haven't heard, Betsey recently filed for bankruptcy, forcing her to run out of business. However, I do believe her jewellery and smaller accessories will remain available, so don't fret! Though because of this tragic event, I've decided to share the pieces I have obtained over the years!

Artist Obsession: The Antlers

As most of my musical obsessions begin, this one was by accident. Urban Outfitters creates free playlists every once and a while (and you can download 5 free songs every Monday) and at the end of the year, they released their Best Music of 2011. This playlist was where I discovered The Antlers.

April Favourites!

I haven't got a lot of beauty favourites for the month of April because I have spent the majority of it either sick or recovering from an illness. But nonetheless, here are a few non-beauty products that have helped me pull through!
